Food, Conservation and Energy Act of 2008 Final Rules

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has published proposed rules for its conservation programs in the Federal Register. NRCS is seeking public comments on the proposed rules. Proposed rules for other USDA conservation programs will be published in the near future. NRCS-Michigan will post links to each program's proposed rules as they are published.
