Annual Emission Report

Welcome to the Annual Emission Report pages.

We hope this will serve as a tool and repository of information for helping regulated sources compile their annual emission report. The menu on the right (or at the top of the page) will take you to the various topics for annual emission reports. Remember, the information contained here is typically more recent than any provided in the instruction forms sent to you. If you find an error or have something you would like to have included on these web pages, feel free to contact us.

All 2008 annual emission reports will be mailed by January 9, 2009.  If you do not receive your report by February 1, 2009, please contact Buzz Asselmeier.

2008 Annual Emission Report Instructions available now online. Go to the Forms & Download.

Why are CO2, methane, and N2O now showing up on the report?

What is NH3 and why is it showing up on my annual emission report?

Please note that the Annual Emission Report mailing address has changed slightly along with the phone and fax numbers. Go to the contacts page for the new address, phone, and fax numbers.
