NRCS Announces Two Competitive Requests For Proposals

APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR CONSERVATION EASEMENT PROPERTIES FOR USDA, NRCS in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine
 

A pre-solicitation notice has been posted by the Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, VT State Office, to obtain appraisal services for acquisition of conservation easements on behalf of the United States of America, acting by and through the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. The conservation easements will be for wetlands and other conservation practices in accordance with the Wetlands Reserve Program and other Farm Bill programs. The contractor  is responsible for having a current knowledge of the requirements of state law in connection with real estate transactions and appraisals, and shall furnish all appraisal services according to USPAP guidelines.

 

This is 100% set-aside for small-business.

ENGINEERING SERVICES IN NEW HAMPSHIRE AND/OR VERMONT
 

The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in New Hampshire and Vermont announces a request for SF-330, Architect and Engineer Qualification Statements, from firms interested in Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide engineering services for the installation of soil and water conservation practices at various locations in the State of New Hampshire and/or the State of Vermont. Contractors will perform engineering planning, engineering surveys, engineering designs, and construction services for conservation practices funded through NRCS program contracts with landowners. The A&E services could include performance of any part or all operations necessary to provide solutions to natural resource problems by performing services as required for the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and related studies for the engineering planning (conceptual designs), engineering surveys, engineering design, and construction inspection services for the installation of soil and water conservation practices at various locations in the States of New Hampshire and/or Vermont.
