The CCOF name, logo and seal are registered trademarks of CCOF.
They may only be used by CCOF certified companies with the express
permission of CCOF. The CCOF logos available here are provided as
a client service to enable you to develop packaging and other promotional
materials. However, all packaging and materials using the
CCOF name or logo must be approved by CCOF prior printing, sale,
or distribution.
Sale of products with organic labeling not previously approved
by CCOF under your organic certification is a violation of the National
Organic Program and may make you liable for federal/state fines
and/or enforcement action.
