Technical guides are the primary technical references for NRCS. They contain technical information about
the conservation of soil, water, air, and related plant and animal resources.
Links to soil sites, Texas soil surveys,
and proposed state soil.
NRCS administers the provision of
conservation technical assistance by technical service providers as authorized
under section 1242 of the Food Security Act, as amended by the Farm Security and
Rural Investment Act of 2002 (2002 Farm Bill).
All federal agencies post all upcoming projects on the Federal Business
Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web site.
