  1. How do I get materials to use for tobacco prevention and intervention?
CDC offers materials for parents, educators, and youth group leaders that can help them talk to young people about the dangers of tobacco use or plan a tobacco use prevention activity. These include publications, video kits, and posters. Most of our materials are appropriate for middle school and high school students; however, you might want to preview videos to ensure that they are suitable for your particular group.

Materials can be ordered directly from the Smoking & Tobacco Use Web site. CDC materials are free, although there are quantity limits. Many materials are also available in PDF format and can be downloaded and printed directly from the Web site. For more information about these products, visit our online Publications Catalog.

If you have additional questions, contact CDC-INFO by calling 1-800-CDC-INFO (1-800-232-4636) or by sending an e-mail to tobaccoinfo@cdc.gov.
