MAN: I was always there for my kids. Yeah, there.
In front of the TV. So I got up, and took the kids with me. We go for walks.
Shoot hoops. Just move, move, move. Now, I’m not just there for my kids. I’m
here, there, and everywhere for them.
AVO: Helping kids get physically active isn’t complicated. Just remember,
active children are healthy children. What could be simpler?
