Green School Programs

Recognizing that a school's physical environment may have a significant impact on children's health and safety, the Illinois EPA has several programs that are designed to improve the ability of schools to provide a safe and healthy environment for all those who use their facilities. In addition, we are working to help schools educate the next generation on the value of caring for the environment.
