Accountability for the Investment of Public Funds
In conformity with the Accountability for the Investment of Public Funds
Act (Public
Act 93-0499), the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA)
discloses that all funds appropriated to and expended by IEPA are held
in the State Treasury and therefore not held or invested by IEPA, with
the exception of the funds held pursuant to IEPA’s management of
the Water Revolving Fund.
The below listed reports provide information on all public funds under
the control of the IEPA held outside the State Treasury. Reports are
