    What is online learning?
Online learning is based on the use of the World Wide Web to deliver course content and enable simultaneous communication between instructor and students. Because courseware is available on the Web, it can be accessed wherever a student has an Internet-ready computer and whenever it is convenient.

How does online learning differ from traditional courses?
For most people, online learning is more convenient and immediate. You can study at your own pace, when and where you want. You are not required to attend scheduled classes, and your course is always available. Of course, with online learning there is no face-to-face communication with an instructor or other students, but many students are more comfortable in an online environment.

What should I do if I have questions about the content or encounter technical difficulties while taking this online course?
    Please contact us.

How long will it take me to complete this online course?
Study questions and a case study are included to help you learn and apply the information for each topic. The approximate time for completing the course is 1 to 2 hours.

Is continuing education offered for this online course?
    No.
