Closer to Home is a look at Oklahoma’s food system from farm to table; information on nutrition, health and food access along with information about agricultural production and marketing have been combined to paint an in-depth portrait of food and agriculture in the Sooner State as Oklahoma celebrates its centennial. Formats include reports, how-to manuals, fact sheets, articles, information packets, and speaker’s packets. We also offer two books and a conference proceedings. Some of our publications can be read on-line, some are available only by mail, while some are available both ways. Informational packets are not on-line. Many publications online are in the PDF format, which can be read with Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is free and can be downloaded at www.adobe.com
