Extension of Public Comment Period for VLCF's Land Preservation Tax Credits - Conservation Value Review Criteria
DCR, on behalf of the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation, is considering amendments to the foundation’s Land Preservation Tax Credits – Conservation Value Review Criteria. Final recommendations are expected to be presented to the VLCF Board for consideration at a special spring meeting yet to be set.
DCR is seeking comments on the proposed changes. Click here for a copy of the proposed amendments. To ensure consideration, please send any comments no later than Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009, to Diane Dunaway at diane.dunaway@dcr.virginia.gov, or mail them to the DCR Office of Land Conservation, Attn: Diane Dunaway, 203 Governor Street, Suite 302, Richmond, VA 23219.
