Eligibility: General Membership is open to any individual
or entity that meets the following requirements:
- Has a collection of images
- Makes images accessible for purposes of licensing and distribution
either directly or indirectly to licensees
- Maintains an address with a physical office or headquarters
- Signs off on Code of Ethics as incorporated in the membership
application form
- Located in the United States or Canada
- Fulfills any membership requirements as set by the Membership
Committee and approved by the Executive Committee
Benefits: All General Members have the following rights
and privileges:
- Voting privilege
- Designation of listed individuals who can receive mailings, participate
in and attend meetings and vote if designated to do so
- Legal handbook download—which includes standard business
language on standard contracts, releases, etc
- Receipt of all newsletters, legal updates, surveys and all other
regular meeting announcements and notices
- Access to password protected member’s area of the PACA
website, listing in membership roster on the website and hotlink
to member website from PACA website
- Right to display PACA logo in appropriate area and manner
- Invitation to all PACA meetings including the annual, international
and others
- Participate in “member only” classified ads on the
website
- Participation in online “PACA talk” discussion forum
- Other privileges as set by the Executive Committee
Application Process: All General Membership applicants
must download, complete and sign the appropriate application
form, sign
the PACA Code of Ethics, and submit the application (along with
membership dues payment) to the Membership Committee Head. (Contact
information for the current Membership Committee Head in included
in the application form.)

Eligibility: International Membership is open to any individual
or entity that meets the requirements of a General Member
but does not staff an office in the United States or Canada.
Benefits:
- Designation of listed individuals who can

Friend Of PACA
Eligibility: Friend Of PACA Membership is open to any
individual who once was, and is not now, working for a PACA member
company, and wishes to remain involved with the organization or
other individual, who is active in the stock photography community
and wishes to become involved in PACA, provided that such individual
does not fit into any other membership category and is approved
by the majority of the Executive Committee.
Benefits:
- Invitation to all PACA meetings including the annual, international
and others. PACA reserves the right to restrict certain portions
of the Annual meeting to voting members.
- Access to password protected member’s area of the PACA
website and listing in membership roster on the website
- Right to display PACA logo in appropriate area and manner
- Receipt of all newsletters, legal updates, surveys and all
other regular meeting announcements and notices
- Participation in online “PACA talk” discussion
forum

Application Process: All Friend Of PACA applicants
must download, complete and sign the appropriate application
form, sign the PACA Code of Ethics, and submit the application
(along with membership dues payment) to the Membership Committee

Corporate Sponsor
Eligibility: Corporate Sponsorship is open to any entity
or individual that meets the following requirements:
- Maintains an address with a physical office or headquarters
- Signs off on Code of Ethics as incorporated in the membership
application form
- Shares, supports, and upholds the interests of the Council
for its growth and its voice on matters of member interests within
the industry
- Does not engage in the licensing or sale of images to other
businesses, or in association with other businesses
Benefits: Corporate Sponsors can choose from five levels
of participation. Benefits commensurate with each level
are as follows:
