Release of SGT Version 3.0Beta1

SGT Version 3.0Beta1 is being made available for upward compatability                             testing. Many bug fixes have been made and new features added.                              Documentation will be provided at the time of the official release. 

Deprecated packages gov.noaa.pmel.sgt.awt and gov.noaa.pmel.sgt.util have been removed.  Arrays of GeoDate's have been deprecated in favor  of using the new GeoDateArray class.

Bug reports and suggestions should be made at the Mantis bugtracker site.  http://heron.pmel.noaa.gov:8082/mantis .
