Release of SGT version 2.1

SGT
version 2.1 is now available at
http://www.epic.noaa.gov/java/sgt
or ftp://www.epic.noaa.gov/java/sgt .  Significant new features include Vector plots and control of line width and dashes for line and contour plots. For more information about this release please refer to the release notes.
