NRCS New York Welcomes Astor Boozer

Astor Boozer who currently serves as the National Program Manager for the Conservation Reserve Program and the Healthy Forest Reserve Program in National Headquarters has been named State Conservationist for New York. Astor will begin his new position effective January 18, 2009.
