Errata

The following are changes in the Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guide: Second Edition since publication and duplication. The HTML version of the Guide has been updated to reflect these changes.

  1. Chapter 3, Table 3-1, in first note: "PSP = paralytic shellfish poison"

  2. Chapter 5, Step 14, after Control Stategy Example 1 and before Step 15: Inserted paragraph
    "Enter the critical limits in column 3 of the HACCP Plan Form."

  3. Chapter 6, Step 14, after Control Stategy Example 1 and before Step 15: Inserted paragraph
    "Enter the critical limits in column 3 of the HACCP Plan Form."

  4. Chapter 7, Step 11, Criteria 1: "Table #1" corrected to "Table #3-1"

  5. Chapter 9, Step 12, Question 2: First item under "Source control, including:"
