Abstract:

The Agency for Instructional Technology (AIT) is a nonprofit education organization which develops, acquires, and distributes quality technology-based resources and provides leadership to the educational technology policy community. AIT fulfills this mission by being the largest single provider of instructional television programs and by being a major player in the development of curriculum products. AIT has established a national model for contextual learning materials.
