Proposed 2008 303(d) List: The Missouri Department of Natural Resources published a proposed Missouri’s 303(d) List for public review and comment until
Jan. 16, 2009.  The 303(d) list, which is required by the federal Clean Water Act, records those waters that are impaired by pollution where requirements are not yet in place to restore water quality. More...
