BIOGRID | Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute
BioGRID is a database of protein and genetic interactions.
bioPIXIE | Princeton
System for biological data integration and visualization. BioPixie allows you to discover interaction networks and pathways in which your gene(s).
BOND | Thomson Corporation
BOND is the Biomolecular Object Network Databank - a databank that combines sequence, interaction, and related interactome data and content. BOND contains Genbank and BIND data as well as related tools and information. BOND combines various data silos into one resource.
Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA)
Ingenuity is a web-based bioinformatics tool created by Ingenuity® Systems that allows researchers to search, analyze, and graphically view molecular interactions, biological functions, and diseases. Access to Ingenuity is for NIH staff and requires a user account, which is linked to your NIH email address. The NIH Library has purchased a single floating license for Ingenuity Pathways Analysis. Access is available for PC and Mac platforms. Contact Douglas Joubert, Biomedical Informationist, NIH Library for access.
PATHWAY | KEGG
is a collection of manually drawn pathway maps representing our knowledge on the molecular interaction and reaction networks for:
- Metabolism
- Genetic Information Processing
- Environmental Information Processing
- Cellular Processes
- Human Diseases
NetPath | PadyLab and Institute of Bioinformatics
A curated resource of signal transduction pathways which includes immune and cancer signaling pathways.
OSPREY | Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute
Osprey is a tool for graphically representing biological interactions. The interactions in Osprey are built from BioGRID data. The GRID (General Repository of Interaction Datasets) is a database of genetic and physical interactions.
