What is Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA)?

Ingenuity  is a web-based bioinformatics tool created by Ingenuity Systems that allows researchers to search, analyze and graphically view molecular interactions, biological functions, and diseases.

What can I do with Ingenuity?

  • Search the Ingenuity Pathways Knowledge Base for information on genes, proteins, diseases, molecular and cellular processes, and functions.
  • Analyze experimental data from microarrays to understand mechanism and function.
  • Create customized pathways for targets, biomarkers, processes, and diseases of interest.
