How Do I Submit Prior Notice?
All prior notice information must be in the English language using the Latin (Roman)
alphabet, except:
- individual's name, the name of a company, and the name of a street may be submitted in a
foreign language
Must be submitted electronically through CBP's Automated Broker Interface of the
Automated Commercial System (ABI/ACS), or FDA's PN System Interface (PNSI) at
http://www.access.fda.gov
