BIO
Dr. Albert Jones has spent the last 25 years at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Currently, he manages the Enterprise Systems group, which focuses on supply chain integration. Previously, he was Deputy Director of the Automated Manufacturing Research Facility at NIST. As a researcher, he led investigations into the next generation control, simulation, and scheduling systems. Dr. Jones has published numerous journal and conference papers in these areas. He is on the Engineering Advisory Boards at Morgan State University and Loyola College. Before coming to NIST, he held faculty positions at Loyola College and Johns Hopkins University.
