Discount Airfare

AAAS has negotiated special discounts with United Airlines for both domestic and international travel. You can search for United's lowest applicable published air fare on the Internet; however, to receive the discount, travelers must contact United by telephone and refer to Discount Code 585EN. These fares are valid for travel from 3 February 2009 through 25 February 2009.

For domestic travel, United Airlines is offering a 5% discount off the lowest applicable published air fare. To make a discount reservation, please call the United Airlines Meeting Services Desk at (800) 521-4041 from anywhere in the United States or Canada and refer to Discount Code 585EN.

For international travel, discounts range from 2% to17% depending on the point of origin and other considerations. Lufthansa is an international partner for United. Please contact your local reservation office and refer to Discount Code 585EN. Customer service information for several countries is available at United Worldwide sites.

Agents will also try to find you an already deeply discounted ("T") fare, but on those fares the discount code will not apply.

Chicago is served by two airports, Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Chicago Midway Airport (MDW).
