To insure continuity of committee activities, projects, etc., the Board has directed the Executive Director, in consultation with the Program Chair, to schedule an annual meeting of outgoing committee chairs and incoming committee chairs with the President, Vice-President/President-Elect, and board members who are able to attend, to briefly review charges, assignments and plans for the upcoming year. The meeting is chaired by the Vice-President/President-Elect. The Executive Director shall notify the attendees of the time of the meeting and distribute the Vice-President/President-Elect's agenda in advance of the meeting.
