The Kansas Film Commission strives to market the state as
an attractive destination for films; assists industry professionals in locating
sites; obtains access to the desired venues; and makes any special arrangements
necessary when actual filming is taking place. These services reduce production
costs by expediting the filming process and lessening shooting time. Film production
directories, location information and other materials are maintained for filmmakers
and distributed upon request.
