- Q. What do I get for my registration fee?
A. Your company will receive the following at each university: one table (additional tables can be purchased for $50 per table), continental breakfast, 2 free lunches (additional lunches can be purchased upon registration for $8.00 per lunch), assistance loading in and out the day of the fair, free parking, promotional advertising, and the opportunity to speak with students from two universities.
- Q. Is there a fee for cancelling?
A. If you decide to cancel, there is an administration fee.
-If you cancel before January 6, the administration fee is $50.00.
-If you cancel after January 6, but before January 20, the administration fee is $100.00.
-If you cancel after January 20, you will be charged the full fee of $185.00.
-Companies who do not show up will be charged the full fee of $185.00.
- Q. Where may I stay while I am visiting your colleges?
A. There are a number of motels in both Pullman and Moscow that will take care of your needs.
-In Pullman, the Holiday Inn Express (509-334-4437) is close and provides a shuttle back and forth to campus. Other motels in Pullman may be found by going to this link.
-In Moscow the Best Western University Inn (800-325-8765) is located close to campus. Other Moscow motels may be accessed by this link.
