The SDCEC program is a live cattle marketing tool administered by the South Dakota Department of Agriculture. This program is designed to assist livestock producers in South Dakota in marketing their cattle in a non-commodity fashion by attaining eligibility for new and existing claim-specific beef markets, including SOUTH DAKOTA CERTIFIED™ Beef and the Japanese export market.
