Season Extension Expert Eliot Coleman to
Speak at MN Organic Conference
January 16-17, 2009
Eliot Coleman, nationally known organic farmer, author and season extension master, will be coming to Minnesota in January. Hailing from Maine, Coleman will deliver a keynote address at this year’s Minnesota Organic Conference in St. Cloud (January 16-17 , 2009) and lead a half day organic season extension symposium on January 15.
