1) I-84 east which follows the southern banks of the Columbia River
2) Exit 44 Cascade Locks, circle up and to the right to cross the Bridge of the Gods (north) to Washington SR-14
(toll bridge current rate 1 dollar for a standard passenger vehicle)
3) SR-14 go right (east) to Stevenson. Continue east on SR-14 about 2 miles past Stevenson and take the Carson exit (left, north)
4) Continue on the main road (Wind River) for about 8 miles to Stabler and the Stabler Store
5) After store turn left (west) onto Hemlock Road cross over the Wind River and continue about 1 mile to the Wind River Work Station
(At workstation you should see signs to the WRCCRF)
6) Turn right just after workstation and continue about 1/4 mile to Forest Service 417 gravel road on the right
7) Follow this road without turning and through the gates of the Forest Service compound (3/4 mile)
8) WRCCRF office is the two-story building at the far end
