You can download the entire "NIOSH Mining Program" web site and install it on your own Windows® based PC or USB flash drive. This lets you view the documents on the site without having to be connected to the internet.

(Note - You can also download this site as PDF documents formatted for printing. The PDF files are broken out by the various chapters and sections of the site. There is also an option to download the entire site as one PDF document.)

When viewing a downloaded version of the "NIOSH Mining Program", links to external web sites will not be available if your PC is not connected to the Internet. For example, you will not be able to view PDFs of NIOSH-produced publications mentioned in the documents, as these PDFs reside on external web sites.

Step 1.		Download the file NAReview.zip to a folder on your PC hard drive or flash drive. Once downloaded, use the program of your choice to un-zip or decompress the .ZIP file. Step 2.		Double click on the file NASStartup.htm that will be in the folder where you extracted NARreview.zip. If NASStartup.htm fails to open your browser and display the NIOSH Mining NA Review site, open the "nas" folder that was created when you extracted NAReview.exe and double click the file default.htm. Or, you can start your browser and open the file "default.htm" using the File/Open menu option.
