Most of the laboratories that are listed in the Yellow Pages are engineering materials testing laboratories — only a few of the laboratories specialize in food analysis. Another source of information is advertisements for food analysis laboratories in the professional journals for food manufacturers (you can find these journals in the reference section of a large regional library). The FDA cannot recommend particular laboratories and does not maintain a list of laboratories.
