Acute Health Effects: From MSDS

- AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES, SKIN OR CLOTHING
- KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS
EYES: Eye contact may cause discomfort, tearing, swelling, redness, and blurred vision.
SKIN: This substance is not expected to cause prolonged or significant skin irritation. If absorbed through the skin, this substance is considered practically non-toxic to internal organs.
INGESTION: Ingestion may cause irritation of the digestive tract which may include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. If swallowed, this substance is considered practically non-toxic to internal organs.
INHALATION: This substance is slightly toxic to internal organs if inhaled. The degree of injury will depend on the airborne concentration and duration of exposure. This substance may be irritating if inhaled.

IARC: Permethrin, one of the active ingredients in this product, has been designated as a possible human carcinogen (Group C) by the U.S. EPA.
First Aid: From MSDS
EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eyes. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for treatment advice.
SKIN: If on skin or clothing, take of contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for treatment advice.
INGESTION: If swallowed, call a Poison Control Center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to by a Poison Control Center or doctor. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing person.
INHALATION: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for further treatment advice.

GENERAL PROCEDURES: READ AND OBSERVE ALL PRECAUTIONS ON PRODUCT LABEL. Store in accordance with NFPA 30B for a Level I aerosol. DO NOT USE OR STORE near flame, sparks or hot surfaces. USE ONLY IN WELL VENTILATED AREA. CONTAINER UNDER PRESSURE. Exposure to heat or prolonged exposure to sun may cause container to burst. Do not puncture, incinerate or store above 130�F.
Disposal: From MSDS
The product container may be recycled in aerosol recycling centers. Before offering for recycling, empty the can by using the product according to the label (DO NOT PUNCTURE!). If recycling is not available, wrap the container and discard in the trash.
