WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: TV, website, Internet

Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Evaluate, research, license and patent, make a virtual product, proto-type, finished product and marketing for retail.

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

None has been done, I paid requested and sent off for the patent, no virtual product, or proto-type has been seen, no finished product has been received they have not contacted any marketing corporation or distribution or retail.
I have made my payment in full of $12,526.00 plus $695.00 total of $13,221.00 my concerns, goals or original design concept was never met, never presented to any corporation contract never fulfilled, the agreement stated that present the product, virtual rendering to one or more companies, after stating they had an interested company Patio Classic LLC the company decided not to go with the product Davison then, requested another $365.00 to present design to another company.
Order of Final Judgment; Judge redacted’s order spells out a series of steps Davison and the others must take to avoid misrepresenting their services.  Specifically, they can’t convey that invention promotion services are selectively offered to clients, or that they have a stake in the inventor’s idea because they “work for free” and collect significant income from royalties, for instance they also can’t tout having a network of corporations with whom they have relationships and regularly reach successful licensing agreements.  Each prospective client will get a current disclosure statement within three days, with details about past clients.
