WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Internet

Invention promotion services offered to be performed: redacted at Davison told me they would do or take care of “everything” to get my invention ready to sell to a company.

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

I conversed with redacted at Davison around April 2005.  He sent me a package that I looked over.  I called him back and we talked about my invention.  I asked him how much it would cost to produce my invention he told me $675.00 and they would take care of “everything” including the prototype I could sell to a company.  To me that meant I would be dealing with the company interested in buying my invention, about monies and royalties.  Davison would do everything else, including research, license, patent and prototype.  So I paid the $675.00.  He told me it could take several weeks or months.  The next month I received a package that had four options of payment.  So I called redacted to see why would I need to pay more money.  He told me it was for labor to produce my invention.  I was so disappointed.  If redacted would have told me it was going to cost up to $13,000.00 I never would have sent any money if it was going t cost that much.  I feel violated and I feel they should return my money.  This company should be made to pay for being dishonest.  They are thieves.
