2009 Minnesota Organic Conference & Trade Show - Information for Sponsors, Exhibitors and Advertisers

The 9th Annual Minnesota Organic Conference & Trade Show will be held at the Civic Center in St. Cloud, MN on January 16 and 17, 2009. This conference provides great information about organic agriculture to excite experienced organic producers as well as people new to this farming system. Besides the keynote speakers there will be more than 30 breakout sessions on organic production of crops, dairy, livestock, fruits and vegetables, marketing, and many more topics. We will serve organic and grass-fed products for our snacks and meals, and highlight these growers and processors at the conference.

You can participate in this event in any or all of these ways:

• Sponsor the conference to defray costs and keep registration fees affordable;
• Purchase exhibit space (offered on a first come-first served basis);
• Place an ad in the program; and
• Donate food or services.

The conference is an opportunity to market your products or services to more than 400 farmers, agriculture service providers, food industry representatives, and consumers at this proven, established, and successful two-day event.

The conference promotes traffic through the Trade Show area with:

• Plenty of free time each day for participants to visit the Trade Show;
• A fabulous Friday evening reception in the Trade Show area; and
• Breaks and lunch served both days in the Trade Show area.
