Customization of your Reprint

1. Regular Reprint
Regular reprints are printed on high-quality 60 lb. glossy stock. The standard dimensions are 8" x 10 7/8". An article can be reprinted with disclaimers, inventory codes, and product information. All Elsevier reprints are printed in its original format, i.e. black & white and/or color.

2. Color Reprint
Color reprints are 4-color reproductions of articles.

3. Laminated abstracts
We can provide abstracts of entire articles with protective lamination for longer wear and tear.

4. Pocket-sized/Digest size
The article is reset digitally to 6" x 9" for portability. Generally used for supplement reprints, entire documents can be reset to clients' customized requirements; subject to the approval of the editorial board.

5. Monograph
A monograph is a selection of articles printed together as a booklet. A monograph can be as few as 16 pages or as many as 64 pages or more. These articles can be from different journals, with varying publication dates.

6. Self Cover
Elsevier Reprints are printed with a self-cover that simulates the cover of the journal and printed on same stock as the reprint.

7. Special Covers
Customized covers are also available on heavier stock (100 lb.), best used for four-color covers.

Advantages of using Elsevier Journal reprints to strengthen your promotion:

Quality
Article reprints carry the prestige, authority and quality of the publication they are reprinted from. The majority of our journals are rigorously peer reviewed by experts in their specific field and also the official publication of important scientific, technical or medical societies.

Credibility
The reader, whether researcher, scientist, or clinician, has greater confidence in the material due to its association with the journal.

Versatility
As a promotional piece, reprints represent a versatile sales tool for the distribution of up-to-date information among your target audience - via your sales force, direct mail campaigns and as handouts at major congresses, seminars, symposia and commercial exhibitions.

Flexibility
Customisation opportunities in the form of printed advertising (both mono and four colour) and/or the insertion of your company logo are available. Articles can also be reprinted with a black and white cover, or even a four colour cover printed in the style of the journal. Translation rights can be obtained on many articles.

Timeliness
Orders have a maximum turn-around time of 30 days from receipt of your order to delivery - at any destination, whatever the quantity. We can also accommodate rush orders.
