Featured Members of Congress
On February 19, 2008 John Shadegg was featured on the homepage of OpenCongress:

He said that he has been "stunned" and "humbled" by the outcry against his decision to retire. Last week he received a letter signed by 146 House Republicans asking him to reconsider his decision, and yesterday the leaders of 33 conservative organizations sent him a letter with a similar message.
