The Policy of the American Association of Law Libraries is to produce publications that fit within the scope of the Publications Program Statement of Purpose. These publications shall be issued in a timely manner and on a financially sound basis. When appropriate, the Association shall seek partnerships with other publishers.

Through these efforts, the AALL Publications Program strengthens the Association; fosters a growing, diverse, and developing membership; and helps the Association provide leadership to shape the emerging legal information environment.
