USDA annually informs the public of the adjustments to the reimbursement rates for meals served in the Summer Food Service Program for Children. Adjustments for 2005 are based on the 3.2 percent increase in the food away from home series of the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for the period November 2003 through November 2004.
