The Asphalt Pavement Alliance has released a report on the industry’s readiness to respond to an infrastructure stimulus package that may be developed by the new administration in Washington. The report, titled “Asphalt Pavement: Meeting the Challenge for America,” points out that the industry provides good-paying American jobs that cannot be outsourced overseas.
