Module I: Introduction to Sustainable Agriculture

2 to 6 hours

This module is designed to be taught in 5 hours as a stand-alone unit on sustainable agriculture. However, an instructor can just use Sections A and B from this module, especially if it is being combined with one of the other modules in this curriculum. Conversely, if the teacher decides to incorporate a field trip or have the class do in-depth projects, the module will take more than 5 hours.
