Non-Citizens

Generally, non-citizens may be hired by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) only if permitted by the appropriations act and the immigration law and when there are no qualified citizens available.

CDC/ATSDR may hire non-citizens for the Service Fellowship Program. Please read the job announcement carefully to determine whether non-citizens will be considered for employment.
