Meet the Elsevier Grand Challenge Finalists!

The semi-finalist teams met 15 December to present their tools to the Panel of Judges.  Four finalists were chosen to go on to the final round.

The selection was based on the criteria delineated on the website, with particular emphasis on innovation and ideas with potential for realization in practice.

The finalists are asked to improve their tool, based on the Judges' feedback; they will present their work at a scientific session at Experimental Biology (April 18-22, New Orleans) as well as via a live free webinar on 22  April 2009,  3 - 4:30pm U.S. central time.
