Missouri Families delivers research-based information and learning opportunities on preventive health care, food safety, nutrition and fitness, as well other other topics important to Missouri families. Sign up for Missouri Families' e-newsletter.

The Family Nutrition Education Program provides Missourians with knowledge and skills for a healthy life. Nutrition educators teach school children and parents the value of making healthy food choices, staying physically fit, practicing food safety methods and stretching food dollars.

Extension InfoNET provides research-based information on nutrition, food safety and preservation, and health.

Project LIFE offers free mental health publications, consultation and training opportunities to all Missourians.
