NRCS Employee Survey

In August of 1999 the Strategic Planning and Accountability Deputy Chief Area sponsored a national survey of Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) employees. They enlisted the Social Sciences Institute and North Carolina A&T State University to conduct the survey. The study was designed to measure employees' perceptions of the impact of agency changes on the workplace environment, customer service, bureaucratic burden, and employee empowerment.
