Return to Monitoring Estuaries

The image on the left is a YSI 6000 UPG Multi-Parameter Water Quality Monitor. This particular model measures dissolved oxygen, salinity, temperature, pH, depth, and turbidity.

The image on the right shows a UT3 Campbell scientific weather station. Sensors on the weather station include an anemometer and vane to measure the horizontal wind speed and wind direction, a quantum sensor to measure solar radiation, a temperature and relative humidity probe, a barometric pressure sensor, and a rain gauge.
