Released in October 2004, this report describes microbial performance standards and other food safety criteria and clarifies their suitability in food inspection systems.

Obesity Research Briefing
According to the most recent data from NHANES (National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey) in 2002, 65% of Americans were overweight or obese, 30% were obese and 4.9% were extremely obese.
