Description: Annmarie Garden is a thirty acre public sculpture park located on St. John's Creek in Solomons, Maryland. The Garden provides a beautiful and serene place to enjoy nature and art. The site features several permanent outdoor installations commissioned for Annmarie Garden as well modern works on extended loan from the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden. Additionally, Annmarie Garden hosts a wide variety of special events, gallery shows and art programs throughout the year.
Profile: The ongoing process of sculpture acquisition and room construction maintains Annmarie Garden a vital dynamic institution. Future plans for the garden include a visitor center and gallery, additional walkways, a formal sculpture garden, alleys through the wooded landscape, and an amphitheater.
