Description: The Museum of Flight was founded in 1965 and is one of the largest air and space museums in the world. The Museum's collection includes more than 150 historically significant air and spacecraft and is host to the largest aviation and space library and archives on the west coast.
The Museum of Flight seeks to acquire, preserve and exhibit historically significant air and space artifacts to provide a foundation for scholarly research, inspire lifelong learning and promote the understanding of science, technology and the humanities.
